Processing Guidelines (General Injection Molding)
- Drying: Crucial. Due to its hygroscopic nature, the resin must be dried before processing to a moisture content of less than 0.02%. Recommended conditions: 120°C for 2-4 hours.
- Melt Temperature: 280 – 320 °C.
- Mold Temperature: 80 – 100 °C.
- Injection Speed: Use a fast injection speed to ensure good mold filling.
- Screw: A low compression screw is recommended.
